It’s a very popular sandwich shop specializing in all kinds of food cooked in duck fat, just how can you not like this place? Staff are helpful and very nice. Only got to try their fries and it’s very good.

Hand Cut Belgian Fries
with Truffle Ketchup
Potatoes are made with local Maine potatoes. The ketchup didn’t taste any different from normal. The fries are thick cuts potato with a thin cripsy skin and soft fluffy centre.
