An American bakery, with truly exceptionally well made cakes! The cakes are moist and light, but very fine-crumbed. The cakes and the frosting have just the right amount of sweetness to it. Their frosting also very well made. They are light and creamy. Their cakes are also very beautifully decorated (professionally, not in a cheap homemade project way).

Boston cream cupcake
It’s actually a ganache topping, so it’s not messy to eat. It has a small center with cream fill in, so it’s not going to explode everywhere when you bite into it.
