白蘿蔔清湯

把2斤多的白蘿蔔削皮後刨絲,35C高溫下(家是不開空調的。。。)
刨到手痛~

Summer ’10: Flaxseed Bread + Chocolate Bread + 烏龜麵包


Flaxseed Bread

I made over a dozen of this in summer~

Ingredients:

Buttermilk/milk……………………………………..1 cup [can use 2 tbsp of milk powder]
Water (room temp.)……………………………….3/4 cup
Olive oil…………………………………………………..2 tbsp
Honey (liquid)……………………………………….3 tbsp [sub with 1 tbsp of sugar]
Flour……………………………………………………….2 cups
Whole Wheat Flour………………………………1 cup
Ground flaxseed…………………………………..1/2 cup
Dried fruit (cranberry/blueberry/raisin)………..1/2 cup
Sesame (white/black)………………………………2 tbsp
Yeast……………………………………………………………1 1/2 tsp

* Can add 1-3 tbsp vital gluten if not using high protein flour
* I also added cinnamon oil



Chocolate Bread

Only made this three times.

Ingredients:

Water…………………………….3/4 cup [+2 tbsp milk powder]
Egg………………………………….1 [beat it!!]
Oil…………………………………..1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar……………………………..1/2 cup
Cocoa……………………………..1/3 cup
Flour……………………………….2 cups
Yeast………………………………1/2 tsp
