May ’11: 涼拌雞絲海蛰皮、米血糕

涼拌雞絲海蛰皮

作法步驟:

將海蜇皮用水浸數天,天天換水。
浸泡過的海蜇皮切絲後,在熱水中燙熟,瀝乾水分備用。
雞胸肉煮熟、放冷後,撕成細絲,加調味料。
所有材料混合拌勻,放入冷箱冷藏片刻,極為爽口。
