September ’11: Clam Chowder

Low-fat version.  Needed to clear the fridge before moving out.

Ingredients:

  • Cauliflower
  • Baby potatoes
  • White button mushrooms
  • Salmon
  • Canned baby clams
  • Low-fat cream of mushroom soup
  • Celery, carrot, onion, garlic
  • Parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme
