December ’11: 萝卜炖牛腩

材料:

  • 牛腩
  • 白萝卜
  • 葱、姜、蒜
  • 干红椒
  • 桂皮、八角

做法:

  1. 牛腩预先腌好
  2. 炒锅热后倒油,放入牛腩、葱姜蒜干红椒,煸炒变色后烹入料酒,放老抽上色,再放入糖,加水没过牛腩后放入桂皮八角。
  3. 大火煮开,撇去浮沫转为小火,慢炖两个小时以后,加入切好的萝卜块,以及适量食盐,再一同炖煮一个半小时左右,至汤汁变得浓稠。
  4. 吃之前试一下味,若不够咸,可加一点盐进去再炖一下。
