做法:
- 水磨糯米粉加入蒸熟紫薯,逐次加溫水拌勻,和成軟硬適中的麵團。
- 將麵團搓成長條,切成小塊稍稍搓圓成糯米小圓子。
- 湯鍋中加入適量水,水煮開後,放入小圓子,煮至小圓子都浮上水面。
