January ’12: 紫番薯糯米小丸子

材料:紫蕃薯蓉、糯米粉、白糖

做法:

  • 水磨糯米粉加入蒸熟紫薯,逐次加溫水拌勻,和成軟硬適中的麵團。
  • 將麵團搓成長條,切成小塊稍稍搓圓成糯米小圓子。
  • 湯鍋中加入適量水,水煮開後,放入小圓子,煮至小圓子都浮上水面。
