煎茄子

1113 煎茄子

【原料】茄子、青紅椒、大蒜、蔥、鹽、生抽

【做法】:

  1. 先用開水煮茄子(半軟狀態)
  2. 煎鍋中倒入油,七成熱時放入茄片,中火煎至兩面微黃時盛出
  3. 鍋中放少許油,放入大蒜末、放入青紅椒炒半分鐘
  4. 倒入煎好的茄子,撒入適量鹽和生抽拌炒均勻
  5. 炒約1分鐘後撒入蔥花即可
