Harper’s is a gourmet burger restaurant and only fresh high quality and local seasonal ingredients are used. I am a picky eater when it comes to any dough-related food. Their burger bun is fresh made in store and is definitely not your average supermarket burger bun (which I loathe). The menu is designed to marry very unique flavours together. Service is very good too. On the downside I find it to be much overpriced (compare to any other upscale burger joints you can find in other cities or even just other restaurants).

Brie, balsamic candied onions, soya glazed shrooms, white truffle aioli
*’AAA’ local Angus beef from ‘8th Line Farms’*, raised using sustainable methods on pasture without the use of hormones or antibiotics.

Burger with Montreal smoked meat, gouda, coleslaw, house 1000 Islands dressing

Bull’s Eye Burger
Monterey jack, fried farm egg, local bacon, grilled jalapenos, South Carolina BBQ sauce
