Walked in on a hot summer day while walking around St Mark’s Place because they had an afternoon deal. It’s a clean and trendy cafe focusing on desserts and sweet drinks. They are pretty innovative with the flavours for the dessert and drinks. My drink was well made but the cupcake was quite mediocre.

Chocolate Green Tea Fruit Jam Cupcake
I didn’t read the fruit jam when looking at the labels, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a small filling in the middle with fruit jam (apricot?). However that still couldn’t save the cupcake. The frosting was greasy and grainy, pretty disgusting in general if not being masked by the matcha taste. The cake itself wasn’t too remarkable either.
Watermelon Green Bubble Tea
A blend of watemelon puree and green tea. It was very refreshing. The tapioca pearls were well cooked. It wasn’t oversweet either.
